Why do I need a personal trainer?
My aim at Fit2You is to ensure you look and feel your best. A lifestyle integrating activity and healthy eating can lead to:
dotWeight loss and improved body composition (less body fat, more lean muscle tissue)

How long will sessions last?
During my initial visit I will discuss your requirements and goals and carry out a lifestyle and fitness assessment. This lasts for about 75 minutes and will be free if more than one session is booked. After this, all workouts will last for 60 minutes.
What will a personal training session be like?
If you are new to exercise or at all unsure about training at the gym then training at home could be for you. Fit2You personal training sessions will take place in the comfort of your own home, and/or in the beautiful countryside of the Island nearby. You could even train with a friend!
All sessions will be varied and fun, will be based on your fitness goals, and, most importantly, on what you enjoy doing!

Sessions will all include a warm up and cool down and stretching. Workouts may include fitball exercises; core, muscular strength and endurance (toning) exercises; circuits, fitness walking and running outdoors and much more. Never a dull moment!

I will supply all equipment needed for your workout. By working alongside you, I will motivate and support you every step of the way so that you feel able to give your all in every session.

All programmes will be safe, tailored to you and your body, and will be changed at regular intervals to ensure you continue to meet your fitness goals.
What shall I wear for my workout?
This will vary, depending on whether the session is indoors or outdoors:
Indoor: Jogging pants/stretchy workout pants or shorts, a t-shirt or top, a supportive bra. Trainers and socks.
Outdoor: (Depending on our unpredictable Manx weather) Workout pants/shorts, t-shirt, support bra, trainers and socks, waterproof and/or windproof jacket, a hat, gloves, suncream!
What times are available?
My hours are:
dot Monday and Tuesday - 8:30am - 8:30pm
dot Wednesday - 8:30am - 3:00pm, 5:00 - 8:30pm
dot Thursday and Friday - 4.15 - 8:30pm
dot Saturday 8:30am - 2:00pm
Other times may be available by prior arrangement.
