About me
Cath Smith
As a child, I was a keen competitive swimmer, representing my county. However, inactivity and overeating in my teenage years resulted in a large weight gain. I yo-yo dieted until I came to the Isle of Man to teach, and here, I discovered a passion for exercise. This, together with healthy eating, ensured my scales could be consigned to the bin!
Personal training is, for me, a way of combining my two loves - exercise and teaching, and of helping other women achieve the fitness and weight loss goals they have always dreamed of.

dot NVQ L2 Gym instructor
dot NVQ L3 Advanced Fitness Instructor, Training in Outdoor Environments, Nutrition and Weight Management, Personal Training Diploma, GP Referral for Clients with Specific Controlled Conditions.
